What indivisual citizens can do

Good morning friends,

In the last post I have highlighted basic expectations of every citizen to have clean air to breath, clean water to drink & hygienic organic food for healthy lifestyle.
Honestly as a individual we can do much more to achieve those objectives so that  ourselves & future generations would have much cleaner air to breath & healthy lifestyle.
As far as pollution is concern which is directly related to type of energy(Fuel such as oil, coal etc.) .Worldwide many countries including Government of India is promoting green renewable energy to produce power which would substantially reduce pollution . In the previous blog we have seen Indian government  initiative to promote renewable energy.
Simple questions such as how many mobile phones are in use in our family ? How many hrs we recharge them? How many electricity units  are  use to charged them? How many types of chargers are used? Recently I have visited one of my family friend house where I was offer glass of chilled water & to my pleasant surprise was asked what type of charger you need to recharge mobile....

Just imagine total population of 1.25 billion of our great country from which how many people using mobile & charging them regularly. Engineers/experts would question that how much electrical energy required per day per mobile?
Even though individual power consumption is small but when you add entire mobile users it becomes huge energy consumption and this is multiplying every day as more number of mobiles  are added.
The main reason to take this example of mobile charger is couple of years back they were not existing. So what is the solution to control this energy consumption at least for mobile chargers? Good news is renewable energy mobile charges are available in the market such as" solar" mobile chargers which are cheaper to buy and don't need any electrical power to charge mobile.
In the next blog we would discuss about energy consumption & different green renewable options available for individual household which would help our country to achieve "national solar mission"
See you next time.

I want clean air to breath

Good morning friends,

Yes I want clean natural unpolluted  air to breath, clean natural water to drink & naturally grown  food  without any chemicals & additives. Do you want as well? In fact we are not so conscious when it comes to basic necessities.  In our daily busy life we don't bother to see what we eat, drink & breath is pure and clean. We are so much focused on our daily routines, career, job, professional goals that we don't have time to see around us to check what we breath ,eat & drink.
The reality is every city in India specially metro cities are heavily polluted and affecting our health's. Polluted air is prime reason for lungs related problem in India among kids & elderly people. Economy is growing with high pace and so business requirements. For economic development of our country & growth what we need is energy but the sad news we use fossil fuel to generate this energy which create massive pollution.
Ordinary citizen would say  what Government is doing about this? Honestly huge initiative by Government of India to control the pollution & specially  to identify different sources of renewable energy to fulfil growing demand  for the clean sustainable energy.
